Giving a New Build a bit of Character

Sometimes you only need a little transformation to make something more appealable.

This new build house needed a small face lift before being put on the market. We increased the small bed at the front of the house and added a mixture of grasses and other low growing evergreen shrubs with a weeping cotoneaster to give a bit of height and add colour through the winter with its red berries.

We also planted a 3ft high laurel hedge to really lift this garden from it's rather plain beginnings. We also supplied and installed new roll out turf as the existing lawn hadn't been laid properly.

The new owners will have a lovely garden now and this will make the property more marketable. It just shows that you don't have to spend a lot of money or time to get great results.
